Reporting Infringements

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if applicable.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which Focas5 may be found.
